Management changes accompany the investment: the current MD will become M&A Director, a new CEO will join from a global managed services provider, and Mark Woodall has joined as Finance Director. Founder Peter Knight will remain on the board in a non-executive capacity. The company intends to use the proceeds to grow organically and through acquisitions.
