Its World Insurance Model (WIM) is an AI engine that reads unstructured insurance policy documents and converts them into the company’s proprietary standardized structure. Built on $7.3 billion in premiums and 70,000 policies, the platform benchmarks price and coverage-quality and can read policies in minutes, replacing days of manual review while identifying material coverage gaps and premiums. The company is led by CEO and co-founder Ashwin Agarwal, Head of Product Engineering David Haddad, and CTO and co-founder Dimitris Psaropoulos. Advocate is headquartered in New York City and also has offices in Prague and Athens. Following its official launch, the company plans to expand operations and accelerate product development using proceeds from its seed round.
