Aeronyde plans to deliver turnkey UAV services for emergency responders, disaster relief, and commercial urban logistics, and to license its System-as-a-Service to public and private groups. It is working with US regulators and international associations to define standards and protocols for safe commercial drone deployment. Key technology and regulatory partners named in the announcement include IBM Watson, Unifly, the Police Foundation, iSENSYS, and the Global UTM Association. Aeronyde is based on Florida’s Space Coast and is focused on robust safety testing and situational-awareness machine learning for autonomous fleet management.
