Founded in 1978, Africa Feed & Food is a vertically integrated Moroccan agro‑industrial group active across the entire cereal and poultry value chain. The group comprises around twenty subsidiaries organized into six business units and employs more than 2,500 people. Its core activities include grain importation, milling, semoulerie, production of pasta and couscous, animal feed and integrated poultry operations, as well as agro‑industrial packaging. Post‑transaction plans emphasize significant capacity increases in AFF’s core Moroccan operations, investment in new complementary segments, and accelerated expansion in sub‑Saharan Africa (notably Mali, Mauritania and Senegal). The company aims to leverage the new institutional investors to strengthen governance, management bodies and standards of transparency and compliance as it pursues regional growth.
