The company plans to deliver modern logistics parks and warehouses that adhere to IFC Edge green buildings standards. The financing described in the articles will be used for ALP's developments in Nairobi, the trading hub of East Africa. ALP is led by founder Toby Selman and a Nairobi-based team with African and international experience. The company is backed by Maris, which will invest US$8 million, and has attracted development-finance commitments to scale its projects.
