Age Care Labs, founded by Saumyajit Roy who serves as CEO, operates through Emoha (home-based eldercare services) and Epoch Elder Care (assisted living, dementia care, rehabilitation and palliative care). The company focuses on delivering care across the senior living continuum and is expanding its service offerings and technology capabilities. It is headquartered in Gurugram and has attracted investors including Rainmatter, Lumis Partners, KOIS Invest and Gruhas. Financially, Age Care Labs has raised about Rs 92 crore in a pre-Series B and announced an additional Rs 85 crore as the onset of its Series B, with a target of Rs 250 crore for the full round. As part of its growth plans, Age Care Labs has entered a strategic partnership with Shrem Group to launch Shremoha, a premium senior independent living platform that integrates independent living, wellness, hospitality and healthcare.
