Agovor
20 Mullins Road, Rd 2, Papakura, Auckland, 2582, New Zealand
Overview
Founded in 2022 in New Zealand, Agovor develops a lightweight, battery-powered autonomous eTractor that can operate for up to 10 hours and tow a range of smart implements such as mowers and sprayers. The system is managed through the Agovor Portal, allowing growers to deploy, monitor and control single units or entire fleets. Early customers across New Zealand and Australia report more than A$30,000 in annual savings, a 90 % reduction in water use and a 12.5 % cut in chemical inputs. With feedback from these users, the company is expanding its lineup of towable attachments so multiple horticultural tasks can be handled by simply switching trailers. Proceeds from the latest raise will fund additional R&D, manufacturing capacity, and the build-out of sales and service teams in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, New Zealand and Sydney. Cofounders Richard Beaumont and Simon Carroll remain focused on improving the eTractor platform while helping customers maximize fleet utilization around the clock.
