Akeso is a Zhongshan, China–based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on in-house discovery and development of innovative mono- and bi-specific antibody drugs for oncology and immunology. Its pipeline is centered around PD-1–targeted bispecific antibodies and includes advanced oncology candidates such as AK104 (anti-PD-1/CTLA-4), AK105 (anti-PD-1), AK112 (anti-PD-1/VEGF) and AK109 (anti-VEGFR2). In immunology the company has programs targeting autoimmune diseases, including AK101 (anti-IL12/IL23) and AK111 (anti-IL17).
