Altis Labs develops Nota, an AI-powered imaging biomarker platform that predicts clinically meaningful outcomes from baseline and follow-up scans to better stratify patients and quantify treatment effect. The company’s deep-learning models are trained on a proprietary cancer imaging database with longitudinal clinical context—reported as over 182 million real-world images—and aim to move beyond simplistic tumor-size measurements. Biopharma customers including Bayer use Nota to analyze imaging from phase 1–3 trials, and Altis says its imaging-based prognostication (IPRO) technology has been validated in collaborations published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology and presented at ASCO. Funding will be used to scale development of Nota across solid tumor types and therapeutic areas.
