Alternative Medical Enterprises, LLC (doing business as AltMed Enterprises) operates as an integrated medical-cannabis company focused on developing, producing and dispensing medical cannabinoids. Its MÜV brand of premium cannabis products is sold in dispensaries across Arizona and is expected to be available for Florida patients beginning this summer. The company is led by Matthew Duffy, President and COO. AltMed is expanding its cultivation facility from 50,000 to 150,000 square feet to accommodate demand.
