Founded in 2024 and based in Berlin, ALVA Energie develops landlord-to-tenant electricity and decentralised energy solutions for residential and commercial property owners and tenants. The company offers a vertically integrated 360° business model covering planning, financing, installation and ongoing operations, with options including flexible roof leases, system leases and certain supply chain operator models. Under the KARLSSONN brand it supplies tenants with on-site green electricity produced directly where they live. Since its foundation roughly 18 months ago ALVA says it has profitably grown to be a multi‑million euro revenue company and has completed over 50 projects to date. The firm aims to double the number of projects by the end of the year and reports those projects have so far saved almost 6,000 tons of CO2. ALVA plans to scale its landlord-to-tenant offerings across Germany through partnerships with private owners, larger real estate companies and investment funds.
