Amity Solutions develops enterprise software and industry-specific (“vertical”) AI models and is investing in agentic AI systems to automate business processes for sectors such as retail and telecom. The company is expanding its AI Research & Application Center (ARAC) with a new hub in Singapore to centralize AI research, product development and deployment. Amity reported annualised revenue surpassed $100 million in 2025, having grown more than tenfold since 2022, and said over 75% of its EBITDA is generated from its European operations. Management is targeting $200 million in annualised revenue by 2026 and preparing for an initial public offering in 2027. The company plans to use recent funding for product and capability expansion, acquisitions, go-to-market scaling and hiring. Past financing includes a combined $60 million Series C in 2024, a Series B around $19 million in 2018 and a $5.7 million Series A in 2015.
