Anuvia

Overview
Anuvia produces SymTRX, a plug-and-play bio-fertilizer sold commercially in the U.S. that works with farmers' existing equipment for crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, canola, sugar beans, and sugar beets. The product is made by breaking down waste materials into an organic matrix that adds charged nutrients and mimics natural soil formation, which Anuvia says boosts crop yields and can increase farmer ROI up to five times. Anuvia retained Environmental Resources Management (ERM) to measure SymTRX performance; ERM concluded the product reduces greenhouse-gas production by up to 32% versus conventional fertilizer and found that every one million acres using it removes emissions equivalent to up to 30,000 vehicles. The company says SymTRX is competitively priced with roughly a $5 per acre premium and anticipates commercial usage to reach 20 million acres by 2025. Anuvia distributes primarily through existing ag retail channels and works directly with farmers on education, emphasizing product performance and soil-health benefits. It recently reached an exclusive U.S. license with The Mosaic Company to sell SymTRX as Susterra and plans to expand production capacity with a new commercial facility in Plant City, Florida.
