Arkero is building an AI “executive partner” that sits on top of the existing software stack used by professional sports organizations, integrating data warehouses, ticketing, CRM, Slack, email and more into one coordinated workflow. The platform automates tasks ranging from match-day planning to season-ticket renewals, delivering faster decision-making, fewer errors and clearer cross-team coordination without adding headcount. Early deployments with the Seattle Sounders and Seattle Reign project more than 50% efficiency gains around match-day operations by 2026. Initial customers also include San Diego FC and Bolton Wanderers FC, demonstrating traction across MLS, NWSL and the English Football League. Led by Remitly co-founder Shivaas Gulati alongside former Remitly colleagues Vamsi Narla and Daniel Shi, Arkero aims to capture a share of the $500 billion global sports market by embedding AI into core business processes. The company operates out of Seattle and Los Angeles. To date, Arkero has raised $6 million in pre-seed capital to finance product development and expansion.
