Arkion (formerly Skyqraft) is a Swedish provider of end-to-end cloud-based AI inspections for energy infrastructure, delivering visibility and actionable insights into grid owners' physical assets. The platform aims to reduce undetected defects and improve grid reliability and longevity. The company notes that today 90% of grid defects go undetected and that maintaining current reliability could cost an estimated $2 trillion by 2030. Arkion has raised an additional $4 million in the latest round, bringing total funding to over $10 million. The financing was led by Subvenio Invest with participation from Neptunia Invest, Antler and several business angels. Arkion plans to use the proceeds for continued product development to increase technical scalability and expand its market presence in response to growing demand.
