Founded in 2021 by Neeraj Biyani, Eeti Sharma and Mandeep Singh Bhatia, Asaya develops a full hyperpigmentation regimen spanning cleansers, serums, spot treatments, moisturizers and sunscreens. The company is developing MelaMe, a proprietary, patent-pending complex it says is clinically proven to reduce hyperpigmentation faster, and it reinvests up to 18% of revenue into R&D. Asaya reports an annual revenue run rate of Rs 100 crore and is targeting Rs 200 crore ARR within 18 months. Its products are available across over 18,000 pin codes, with more than 2,000 pin codes receiving deliveries within 24 hours. The company plans to expand distribution via quick-commerce platforms and offline retail partnerships as part of its growth strategy. Executives said five of Asaya’s top eight products now outperform repeat-purchase rates of leading brands in their categories.
