Ategrity is a specialty property & casualty insurance company focused on commercial excess and surplus (E&S) property and casualty business on both a primary and excess basis. It serves wholesale agents and brokers throughout the U.S. on a contract binding and individual brokerage account basis. The company operates a captive reinsurance entity in Bermuda that will share in the risks of its insurance business. Led by Mike Miller, Executive Chairman and CEO, Ategrity launched in September 2018 with initial funding from Stuart Zimmer of Sequentis Financial and Zimmer Partners. On 16 September 2021 the company completed a $75m capital raise. Ategrity intends to use the funds to support continued growth.
