Augment AI Corp is building a learning personal AI assistant that observes a user’s day-to-day digital activity and anticipates the information they need before, during, and after meetings. The system aggregates emails, calendar entries, documents, contact data, recordings, and more to present concise context in a native app or browser overlay, then automatically generates transcripts, summaries, and follow-up tasks. Rather than relying on direct integrations, the agent captures streaming data through accessibility and assistive-technology permissions, positioning itself as a bridge across otherwise siloed services such as Gmail, Zoom, and assorted calendars. Security and privacy were designed in from the outset: the platform has achieved SOC 2 certification and states that users retain complete ownership of their data. The company is initially targeting individual prosumers and freelancers who juggle multiple clients but expects enterprises to adopt the tool over time. Augment was co-founded by Napster co-founder Jordan Ritter (CEO), former Google and Axon executive Dan Cintra (CTO), and Saurav Pahadia (Head of Engineering). No revenue, user, or other operating metrics have been disclosed to date.
