Avea is a Swiss startup focused on science-based longevity supplements intended to extend human healthspan. The company has enlisted scientists and researchers in the field of longevity to build a supplement line meant to optimize long-term health and to slow or reverse some signs of aging. Avea launched its first products in February 2022; its initial formulation is described as a synergistic blend reflecting the latest ageing and healthspan research. The startup raised €2.43 million in funding to support growth. It plans to use the proceeds to expand across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the U.K. Co-founder Sophie Chabloz framed a longevity supplement regimen as essential alongside diet, exercise and sleep, and Maximon's Tobias Reichmuth noted the global longevity market opportunity.
