Axègaz supplies small-scale liquid natural gas (LNG) to customers in industry, transportation and local distribution networks serving residential and tertiary activities. The company intends to use new funding to launch an industrialization phase and accelerate commercial development in France and Europe. Axègaz was founded in 2012 and is based in Levallois Perret, France. Since its creation its development has been financed by its shareholders, which include its founders and investors such as Gravitation, Energipole and Energnl. At the time of the report the company operated six active sites, recorded sales of approximately €3 million for 2015, and had about 70 projects under study.
