BaishanCloud is a provider of cloud data services in China, founded in April 2015 by Huo Tao. The company offers a cloud data service called Orchsym designed to give Internet and enterprise customers data security, data integration, and API management tools. BaishanCloud maintains offices and R&D centers in Beijing, Seattle, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Guian. The company completed a Series C+ private equity financing and has formed a strategic partnership with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China that includes equity investment and banking facilities. Baishan intends to use the funds to continue enhancing product and R&D investment for new data products. With the close of Series C+, Baishan has completed a total of six rounds of private equity financing since its inception. BaishanCloud offers a cloud suite that includes cloud delivery, cloud storage, and cloud linkage, addressing data life cycle management. The suite is designed to fulfill data-transmission, data-storage, data-consumption, and data-governance needs for Internet and enterprise customers. The company completed a $50M Series C financing in June 2018. Baishan plans to invest the new capital to further enhance its service capability.
