Baladin is a Cuneo-founded craft brewery (1996) producing artisanal beers with an emphasis on Italian ingredients and sustainability, including the 100% Italian beer Nazionale. In 2022 the company produced 25,850 hectoliters, reported €16 million revenue and an EBITDA margin of 20%, and is present in 47 countries. Its commercial model is omnichannel with roughly 3,000 B2B horeca retailers and an e‑commerce that has served 24,000 customers. Baladin plans substantial expansion to reach €50 million revenue by 2028, target 100,000 hectoliters annual production, and a 25% gross margin with average annual growth of 22%. Capital will fund the Baladin Green Project (a circular water cycle including a new well and wastewater biological treatment) and the launch of Open Hub, described as Italy’s first shared brewery. The company also intends to produce six draft beers in collaboration with recently awarded breweries and to scale two production sites in Piozzo and Bernareggio.
