Banza is developing a personal AI Twin that adapts to a user's preferences, habits, and context by unifying fragmented digital data. The platform aims to give users ownership of their data so an AI can become more useful over time across everyday decisions like what to eat, watch, buy, or where to go. The company was founded in January by Mehdi A and Aditya Vijayakumar and is based in Bengaluru. Banza raised $1 million in a pre-seed round led by Campus Fund with participation from Avalanche and angel investors. The startup plans to deploy the funding to speed product development, improve user experience, grow the team, and build the foundation for its personal AI category.
