BCT Ventures is an AI-native consumer brands platform co-founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar and Anubhav Sonthalia. The company uses three proprietary AI engines—Resonance for audience building and consumer insights, Nucleus for translating practitioner expertise and demand signals into products, and Meridian for marketing execution including creative testing and media buying. It plans to initially focus on the nutrition and wellness segment, building brands around protocol-led products, practitioner-led audiences and AI-enabled growth systems. The platform's engines operate in a closed-loop where consumer demand informs product development, marketing execution and product iteration. BCT closed a Rs 42 crore seed round led by 3one4 Capital to fund its initial operations and expansion. Over time the company intends to expand its AI-native brand-building approach into other consumer categories.
