BezoMoney is a Ghanaian digital savings and fintech startup founded in 2019 by Mubarak Sumaila and Diana Osei after their participation in MEST Ghana. The platform enables users to save, earn capital via community savings, and create savings and credit histories to improve access to formal financial services. BezoMoney targets unbanked and younger consumers, aiming to provide scalable, wealth‑generating financial tools traditionally difficult to access. The company recently raised seed funding to accelerate growth and product development. Planned product launches include BezoCredit, a zero‑interest credit product, and BezoInvest, an investment product that will allow users to invest their savings. BezoMoney intends to obtain a Payment and Financial Technology Service Providers (PFTSP) license in Ghana, grow its team and user base, and scale across Ghana.
