BigHaat operates a full-stack agritech marketplace that combines data-led crop advisory with distribution, marketing, and operational support for farmers. Through its platform, growers can access guidance on seed selection, pest management, and fertilization while purchasing inputs such as seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, farm equipment, and crop growth promoters. The company surpassed Rs 1,000 crore in revenue in FY25 and reports improving profitability. Co-founder Sateesh Nukala recently stated that BigHaat is targeting Rs 1,400 crore in revenue by the end of the current fiscal year. To sustain this growth, the firm plans to channel new capital into working-capital needs, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes. Since inception, BigHaat has secured roughly $26 million in funding, with backers that include JM Financial, Beyond Next Ventures, Ankur Capital, and several prominent angel investors. The platform positions itself as a one-stop shop for both agronomic intelligence and the procurement of essential farm inputs, aiming to deepen penetration across India’s farming communities.
