Bimafy is a digital insurance platform in Bangladesh that enables customers to access and purchase insurance through its app and website. Customers can choose and buy health, accident, travel and motor insurance from insurers of their choice via the platform. The company also offers corporate solutions and works closely with multiple companies to provide a variety of business-focused insurance services. Since 2019, Bimafy has been working on digitalisation of insurance service facilities to ensure global-standard customer service. It provides digital insurance services to more than 400,000 customers and settles health insurance claims through innovative micro-insurance products. Recently Bimafy received an investment worth BDT 1 Crore from Startup Bangladesh Limited.
