Biodeal Pharmaceuticals is a contract development and manufacturing organization focused on nasal drug delivery systems, specialty formulations and complex generics. The firm operates two WHO‑GMP certified manufacturing facilities and serves over 1,000 pharmaceutical partners across 80 countries. Management says the company has built differentiated capabilities in specialty pharmaceuticals. The recent ₹385 crore investment from RMB Capitalworks will fund expansion into CIS countries, Latin America and Europe while reinforcing its presence in Asia. Days before the new infusion, Piramal Alternatives exited the company, returning 20% on its Rs 110 crore investment. The company is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
