Biodiv develops a digital platform that quantifies organizations' positive and negative impacts on biological diversity, built to support the open CLIMB metric and to compare scenarios early in project planning. The company targets customers in samhällsbyggnad, energy and industry where biodiversity impact assessment requirements are increasing. Its product roadmap includes automated pre-studies based on satellite data and existing map layers as well as a specialized field application for nature-value inventories (NVI). Biodiv has a seven-person team and was accepted into Uminova Innovation in early 2026. The newly raised 2.75 million SEK will be used to accelerate product development, hire and strengthen the team, and ramp up commercialization and sales across Sweden and the Nordics. Management aims for a unified workflow from fieldwork to finished NVI and CLIMB calculation and ultimately to become a leading biodiversity calculation platform domestically and internationally.
