Bionyra is advancing a pipeline of next-generation mono- and multispecific antibodies engineered with half-life extension to target immune pathways in diseases with high unmet need. Lead programs include BYN-002, a TL1A monoclonal antibody in a fully enrolled Phase 1 in healthy subjects; BYN-003, a TL1A*IL-23p19 bispecific that entered Phase 1 in April; and BYN-001, an IL-25 monoclonal antibody in IND-stage for atopic dermatitis and type 2 inflammation. The company holds exclusive global rights to these assets outside Greater China through licenses from TrueLab Biopharmaceutical and NovaRock Biotherapeutics, and is progressing additional preclinical assets. Bionyra was co-founded and seed financed by Sofinnova Partners and is led by CEO Frédéric Marrache, a former Sanofi R&D executive with experience in immunology and inflammation. The company plans to use its Series A proceeds to advance clinical development and rapidly generate clinical validation in dermatology and inflammatory bowel disease.
