Block Street

228 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California, 94301, United States

Overview

Block Street is building a specialized infrastructure stack designed to make trading tokenized stocks as quick and dependable as traditional equity markets. Its core system, called Aqua, runs on the Monad blockchain and employs an RFQ model where market makers compete to provide the best prices, with quotes cryptographically signed and verified on-chain to eliminate manipulation or latency. Complementing Aqua is Everst, a lending and liquidation module that lets users borrow, short, or hedge tokenized equities, aiming to curb MEV leakage and add real utility beyond speculation. The company positions itself as an infrastructure provider rather than a single application, targeting institutional-grade settlement guarantees and latency budgets through Monad’s parallel EVM. Block Street plans to launch on Monad later this year, then expand to Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base as integrations mature. Transparency dashboards comparing its execution quality to automated market makers are also on the roadmap. The founding team includes alumni from Citadel, Point72, and Google, although revenue or user metrics have not yet been disclosed.
