Partners include multi-state investors, lenders, wholesalers, proptech startups, and builders who transact frequently and need transparency throughout the closing process. The company’s agency, Blueprint Title, is licensed in 26 states and operational in 19. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Nashville, Blueprint recently acquired an underwriter, Southwest Land Title Insurance Company, which is licensed in Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas with additional states planned. Blueprint says it will use new funding to accelerate footprint expansion and continue building out the Blueprint platform.
