Bondex positions itself as a web3 alternative to LinkedIn, using a native BDXN token to power its platform. The app gamifies professional networking and offers referral bounties to users, including token- or dollar-gated payouts of up to $10,000 for successful hires. Bondex says it provides referral bounties so users can act as extended recruitment arms for hiring companies. Recruiting partners onboarded to the platform include Binance, Blockchain.com, Chainlink, CoinMarketCap and Ankr. CEO and founder Ignacio Palomera said the majority of the recent capital will be used to improve the platform with the aim of taking on legacy professional networking sites.
