BoomPop offers an AI-native event planning platform designed for professional and “accidental” corporate planners. The software ingests real-time data on weather, flight availability, hotel and venue pricing, city-wide events, and historical itineraries to generate curated event options. Once an event is selected, the system automates vendor booking, contract review, website creation, RSVP management, and 24/7 guest support through Slack or text. The company has already facilitated more than 60,000 hotel nights for clients such as Google, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Tesa, Bill.com, Forrester, and Silicon Valley Bank. Founded by Healey Cypher and Blake Hudelson and headquartered in San Francisco, BoomPop is now positioning itself to expand further into the corporate group travel and events market. The newly launched capital will fund continued product development and the rollout of its AI-driven event-planning software.
