Boulevard Bio
345 Park Avenue South, New York City, NY, 10010, USA
Overview
Boulevard Bio was launched from Deerfield's internal R&D incubator with a lead bispecific antibody, BLVD101, that targets BAFF and APRIL for IgA nephropathy (IgAN). Interim Phase I single-ascending dose data in healthy volunteers showed strong IgA suppression and a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic profile the company said supports once-every-12-weeks dosing. A second program, BLVD201, is a trispecific CD19/BCMA/CD3 T cell engager licensed from METiS TechBio and is in IND-enabling studies; the license included $20 million upfront and up to $1.6 billion in milestones. Boulevard also nominated a third candidate, BLVD301, directed at a novel B cell-target combination in June 2026. The company will use its launch financing to advance the Phase I program for BLVD101, complete IND-enabling work for BLVD201, and progress BLVD301 toward development.
