brite:bill is a Dublin, Ireland-based company that operates a SaaS platform enabling telecom providers and utilities to deliver online billing experiences. Launched in January 2010 and led by CEO Alan Coleman, the company developed interactive technology for delivery, personalization and payment of bills, invoices and statements over the Internet. Its platform supports telcos, utility companies, banks, postal operators, brokerage firms and financial institutions to build portals that offer consumers a single destination to access and pay bills from multiple providers. The company secured €1.2m in funding from the Ulster Bank Diageo Venture Fund, which is managed by NCB Ventures. brite:bill intends to use the funding to expand in the UK and across Europe in 2011.
