Broadwick Group curates and operates multi-purpose venues, blending culture, hospitality and real estate to host global music events, major brand activations and other large-scale gatherings. Its 24-site portfolio includes London’s Printworks, Depot Mayfield in Manchester and, through a partnership with TCE Presents, the recently opened Brooklyn Storehouse in New York City. The company continues to grow via both new developments and acquisitions, most recently buying Camm & Hooper, whose assets include Exhibition White City in Shepherd’s Bush. Management describes the strategy as building “the next generation of hybrid destinations” that inspire audiences while delivering long-term value for partners and cities. To support this expansion, Broadwick has just secured more than £20 million in funding from Lloyds Bank. The capital will be channelled into further venue roll-outs, talent recruitment and infrastructure upgrades. Broadwick positions itself at the intersection of live experience, property regeneration and economic revitalisation.
