Its models improve continuously through collaborations with MILA, AMII, and expert advisors from OpenAI, ServiceNow, and Oxford University. The company counts more than 50 paying customers, including AvalonBay Communities and Novo Construction. Co-founders Andrei Molchynsky and Alex Gureev, together with CEO Alexander Michalatos, lead the business. Proceeds from its recent seed round will fund accelerated AI model development, growth of the engineering and operations teams, and expansion of the platform’s feature set.
