C2i Semiconductors

No. 843, 2nd Floor, 5th Main, Indiranagar 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560038, India

Overview

Founded in 2024 by former Texas Instruments engineers and technologists, C2i Semiconductors is developing a redesigned "grid-to-core" power-delivery architecture intended to address last-inch power and thermal constraints in AI infrastructure. Its platform includes the Manas Controller, a software-defined controller that adapts to changing processor and power-delivery requirements, and the Sarayu Power Stage designed to improve conversion efficiency and reliability. The company projects its platform can deliver more than 96% power conversion efficiency versus roughly 94% for existing solutions, and estimates a 100MW AI data center could realize about $12 million in annual energy savings. C2i also claims its technology could allow processors to run up to 4°C cooler and supports modular scalability for high-current applications, anticipating future processors that may require much higher peak currents. The company is using Series A proceeds to accelerate development of its platform and to move toward mass production with support from strategic investors such as TDK Ventures.
