Callisto Vision develops and deploys high-tech hardware and software systems for marking, serialization, aggregation and quality control, and is part of the Callisto group alongside Callisto Services. The company supplies solutions both as integrated hardware–software complexes and as a service offering that allows manufacturers to adopt tracing without upfront capital expenditures. One flagship technology is a proprietary laser marking system for beverage aluminum cans capable of coding up to 80,000 units per hour and burning codes on can openers without stickers. That marking technology is protected by patents in three jurisdictions, with filings planned in six more. The group has stated plans for several M&A transactions to expand in Russia and with foreign partners. The recent 700 million ruble investment from KAMA FLOW is earmarked to scale Callisto Vision’s business domestically and internationally.
