CAMP4’s core product is its RNA Actuating Platform (RAP™), which maps regulatory RNAs (regRNAs) associated with protein-coding genes and enables programmable antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) to upregulate gene expression. The company focuses on developing ASO therapeutics to treat genetic diseases where tunable increases in gene output can be therapeutic, with an initial emphasis on central nervous system and liver indications. CAMP4 plans to enter the clinic with its lead candidate for Dravet syndrome by mid-2023 and to advance a urea cycle disorder program into the clinic.
