Carbon6 Technologies acquires and bundles multiple SaaS tools used by e-commerce merchants on the Amazon marketplace to simplify online selling. Founded in 2021 and based in Toronto, the company has acquired 16 software companies. It reports over 200,000 active users and says more than 50% of the customers of many of its tools are paying, while also having acquired a large base of free customers. Carbon6 targets larger and growing sellers across product life cycles, positioning itself differently from competitors focused on smaller sellers. The company plans international expansion with offices in Europe and Asia, intends to serve marketplaces beyond Amazon, and will continue to grow via hiring and M&A. Founders expect Carbon6 to have over 20 products under its umbrella by Q1 2023.
