Caring operates an integrated senior-care platform offering long-term care (visiting care, day/night care, visiting bathing, visiting nursing), commerce (welfare goods, joint purchasing, PB product sales), elderly housing operations and caregiver training. The company runs an ERP to optimise operations, improve caregiver pay and training, and coordinate services across branches. As of January 2024 Caring reported about 42,000 caregivers and roughly 12,000 service users, and operates 34 direct branches including visiting/daycare centres, training centres and welfare equipment centres. Founded in 2019, Caring is expanding commercial activities and launched its own private brand products while planning large-scale retirement housing combined with nursing homes. The company aims to build more than 100 care facilities and over 1,000 retirement-housing units, and to build nationwide infrastructure for integrated home care services promoted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Caring positions itself to become a total senior lifestyle company covering mobility, dining, healthcare, housing and commerce.
