Cashfeed is an AI-powered invoicing tool that automates the entire invoicing workflow, collecting invoices from email inboxes, the PEPPOL network and online portals. It enables one-click payments with optional approvals via Microsoft Teams or Slack, automatically chases unpaid invoices, and integrates with accounting platforms such as Exact Online. The startup automatically scans invoices and plans to add automatic matching to accounting data like VAT codes and general ledger accounts. Since launching in March, Cashfeed has grown to support over 350 clients, processed more than 35,000 invoices, and expanded to a seven-person team. Cashfeed has also entered a strategic partnership with Baker Tilly, which is testing the tool with its clients and providing strategic guidance. The company plans to invest heavily in product development for the Belgian market ahead of the 2026 e-invoicing mandate and aims to expand beyond Belgium thereafter.
