Founded in 2022 in Amsterdam, Celebratix offers a blockchain-based ticketing system for clubs, festivals, and other live events. The platform lets organisers handle primary and secondary ticket sales, guest lists, loyalty programmes, and real-time analytics from one interface. By anchoring tickets on blockchain infrastructure, it aims to curb fraud, simplify access control, and provide transparent resale. Celebratix’s business model also includes acquiring small, regionally strong ticketing providers and migrating their customers onto its platform to create a unified European network. The company completed one Dutch acquisition in the past year and plans to acquire nine more across Europe over the next year. Management believes around 300 fragmented ticketing firms across the region present ripe targets, enabling Celebratix to scale quickly and compete with larger incumbents. The newly secured funding is intended to finance these acquisitions and position the firm for a larger Series A in 2027.
