CrystalGenomics is a Korean clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company led by President & CEO Dr. JM Cho. The company is advancing three clinical-stage therapeutic programs and intends to use new funds to support R&D for those programs. It raised KRW3Bn (approximately $2.6m) in a private placement to the Korea Seoul Life Science Fund (KSLSF). GPs of the KSLSF include Hanwha Venture Capital Corp. and Oxford Bioscience Partners (OBP). Earlier financings included KRW10bn in bonds issued to KDB Capital and another KRW10bn in bonds issued to Tube Investment in December. Total capital raised to date is KRW23Bn (approximately $20m).
