Overview
ChainGO Tech, founded in 2017, develops and commercialized a collaborative online platform that uses blockchain to facilitate the exchange of documentation, information and communications among actors in import/export supply chains. The company says its platform reduces processing time and costs for logistics operations and has been deployed in projects with Airbus, Acciona, Cemex, Mahou San Miguel, Grupo Alonso, Carex Logistics and JCV Shipping. ChainGO is supported by accelerators and programs including Lanzadera, Airbus BizLab and Órbita and has also received NEOTEC public funding from the Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial. In 2020 it presented two projects within large consortia to the Puertos 4.0 fund. The startup has a strategic agreement with Fagor Electrónica to develop synergies, particularly around the Ubika logistics and transport management software. According to CEO and co-founder Andrés Garrido, the company aims to reinforce its team and Spanish market presence while positioning itself in other European countries and the United States.
