Founded in 2019 and based in Aix-en-Provence, Chargepoly develops an integrated solution combining rapid charging hardware, modular power-distribution architecture and a software suite called Lucie for fleet charging management. The company targets depot charging for trucks and buses and reports operating several hundred charging points across France, the U.K. and Canada. Chargepoly says its installations contribute to decarbonizing more than one million kilometers of freight transport per month and that it has run interoperability tests on over fifty electric truck models. Its customers include Groupe Rave, Nationex and CMA CGM, and it collaborates with vehicle manufacturers such as Renault Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Daimler Truck. Chargepoly plans to use the new capital to accelerate international expansion and continue evolving its platform technology.
