Charmed is a Seattle-based startup developing an AI-powered 3D game design toolbox that generates character models, textures, and animations. The company plans to launch a new AI-powered tool this month that creates 3D character models from scratch via prompt-driven workflows. The new tool comprises a Geometry Generator, a Texture Generator, and a Character Animator that together produce models, clothing/skins, and sample animations. Charmed’s product portfolio also includes Dream Dungeon (an isometric maze generator), a quest generator, and an AI texture generator for colorful skins. Founder Jeremy Tryba positions the company as a set of tools to help 3D artists work in parallel and shorten development times rather than a full no-code game-design solution. Charmed spun out of Madrona Venture Labs and was founded last year; Madrona provided its first round of funding.
