Churchesfire delivers a full range of fire safety compliance services—including risk assessments, safety training, and service and maintenance of fire protection systems—to over 8,000 commercial customers. The company employs more than 140 people and counts customers such as Audi, B&Q, Dairy Crest, Specsavers, Royal Mail and the Post Office. Over the past three years Churchesfire has grown revenues at over 30% per annum and currently generates over £5 million of EBITDA. The business plans to use new capital to develop its technology platform, expand sales and marketing activities, and accelerate a buy-and-build strategy across the UK. Management, led by founder Paul Topley, will re-invest alongside the new investor to support the expansion and add new capabilities to the existing offering.
